[The feed clicks on and the background behind Motochika is still moving as he's carelessly free-falling out of the sky, having turned on his SFC mid-descent. Though there's a flash of something as there's suddenly a large thud that falls behind him. The pirate however, seems unperturbed like he has to take care of this every day. Which, all things considered, wouldn't be a huge surprise, right?

There's only a soft 'hup' as he finally lands on the deck of his ship, a piece of tentacle laying a fair ways away from it.]

That was a hell of a wake-up call.

[He yawns.]

So... Can we eat it?

[He's about to turn off the feed - really, he only wanted to let the kids know he was awake - before he hesitates and thinks of something else.]

Ah... The pirate ship in the South-West quadrant is free for those who can't fight against this lummox. Let me know if ya need a place to stay, yeah? I'll open it up for as long as ya need.

So you have to stay on a ship even if you're on land? That doesn't seem practical. Or do you just like ships? Still, this one is kind of dangerous. Or do you like that too?

My ship is my home, N. I spend equal time at sea as I do my island. This place ain't Shikoku by a long shot, so this is as close as I get to home. The traps and stuff- they're just a bonus for both security and entertainment reasons.

What's it like, being on a ship? I mean, one that actually is on water. I've seen them a couple times, but have never been on one.
